We recommend purchasing the insoles in your exact shoe size. The inserts cannot be cut due to the cinnamon fillings. The length of the shoes varies depending on the manufacturer. To determine the correct size, it is best to measure the entire length of your shoe from the inside using a measuring tape. This table will help you choose the right insoles. If your information differs from ours by a few millimeters, choose the next larger shoe size.
