Basically yes. Depending on the shape of the shoe, the soles fit better or worse. This also depends on the shaft of the shoes. It therefore helps to choose a size one size smaller or larger for some shoes, e.g. rubberized shoes can be fixed with a small strip of double-sided adhesive tape to prevent them from slipping.

Can I also wear the CINNEA® insoles in open sandals?

Please remember to remove the cinnamon insoles from your shoes more often and place them in a dry, warm place to air out. We recommend always having a separate pair of insoles on hand to bridge the drying period.

Why are the soles of my feet and socks slightly yellow after wearing CINNEA® cinnamon insoles for a few days?

We use high-quality cinnamon varieties with a high extract content to achieve a particularly good, long-lasting effect. This cinnamon extract can cause yellowish discoloration on the feet of people with sensitive skin. This does not have a health-impairing effect and wears off over time. Even discolored socks become pure again after washing.

What type of cinnamon is used in the CINNEA®cinnamon soles?

One of the 50 basic herbs in traditional Chinese medicine is cassia cinnamon, which is also used here.

The rumor that cassia cinnamon is harmful to health is absolutely unfounded when used in this way, as well as when consumed normally. This was also confirmed by BfR (Federal Institute for Risk Assessment)!
