Cinnamon against foot sweat
THE CAUSE OF FOOT ODOR
Humans have developed a natural, sophisticated air conditioning system over thousands of years. We humans have around 2-4 million sweat glands distributed all over our skin. There are high concentrations of sweat glands, particularly on the forehead, the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. The sweat glands form an acidic secretion (also known as the acid mantle) on the surface of our skin. As our bodies heat up, the body produces more of this secretion. This cools the body down again, which is important for survival.
This secretion consists predominantly of water, urea, salts, lactic acids, amino acids and the body's own fats. Bacteria live in this mixture. They decompose the sweat components and form, among other things, butyric acid. The odor process inevitably begins after parts of the body, especially the soles of the feet, become poorly ventilated.
Intensely smelling feet are also colloquially called stinky feet, cheese feet or cheese mauken. Sweaty feet are not just uncomfortable for those affected. No… it also significantly affects their quality of life. Whether in a changing room, at the doctor's office or taking off your shoes while doing sports. It also makes the simple things of everyday life, like going to friends, difficult.

CINNAMON - NATURAL REMEDY FOR THE FEET

CINNEA® CINNAMON SOLES
CINNEA ® cinnamon insoles, also known as “CINNEA soles”, also use a cinnamon herbal mixture that has already been proven useful in Chinese medicine. The biggest special feature of the soles is their effective sweat-absorbing effect. Thanks to the antibacterial properties of cinnamon, wet feet are a thing of the past. By killing and reducing bacteria, unpleasant foot odor is prevented before it occurs. Many other infection-related foot problems such as nail fungus, nail bed inflammation, etc. can also be prevented.
The ginger in the herbal mixture also balances the blood circulation in the feet. In combination with cinnamon, it also has a preventive effect against circulatory disorders. They are responsible for the cold or heat on the feet. This reduces or even completely eliminates the problem. The shoes create a constantly fresh, pleasant climate - in summer and winter.

CINNEA® Cinnamon soles - the quality

CINNEA® Cinnamon soles - the quality

CINNEA ® cinnamon insoles are of high quality. They are manufactured to a high quality and are equipped with sustainable raw materials and materials. To ensure that the powder filling does not slip inside the sole, the insoles are sewn tightly. The surface made of breathable cotton fabric ensures that your feet feel dry and comfortable. All components of the filling are made exclusively from natural herbs. No additives, pure nature – as it should be!
Quality is very important to us, which is why we lease out our cinnamon forests for our own product production. This guarantees consistently high quality - from cinnamon cultivation to the finished product. We therefore distance ourselves from similar cheap products that are offered on the market.
Unfortunately, competing products often cause complaints due to poor quality of the insoles. Some sole fillings are stretched with sawdust and other filling materials. Some fillings in the soles even contain wood preservatives that are dangerous to health. These insoles can be recognized by their poor workmanship and inferior materials. In order to achieve preservation with Cinnea insoles, it is unnecessary to add external chemical ingredients to natural, pure cinnamon.
CINNEA® Cinnamon soles - the application
CINNEA® cinnamon insoles are processed with cinnamon powder. Therefore they should not be washed. It is not necessary to cut the cinnamon soles as they are available in all sizes. Additionally, the cinnamon powder would spill out of the soles when they were cut.
We use cassia cinnamon for our products, which is often used in traditional Chinese medicine. Due to the high extract content, people with sensitive skin may experience a yellowish discoloration of the soles of their feet during the initial period of use. This is not harmful to health and disappears relatively quickly. The socks also come back clean when washed.

When you first use cinnamon insoles, the scent can still be a bit intense, but this will disappear after a few days. What remains is a light fresh scent.
For optimal effect, the insoles should be changed at least every 3 months. Unopened cinnamon sole packages can be stored for up to 3 years without losing their effectiveness. For a better effect, the cinnamon soles should be removed from the shoes occasionally to air them out.
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, we advise against using the cinnamon soles. If you are pregnant, you should pay attention to the fact that cinnamon has metabolism-stimulating properties and for this reason you should not wear cinnamon soles as a precaution.
